Welcome to the "Mitzvah Mavens," and thank you for supporting the Jewish Home for the Aging. We should be able to raise a significant amount of money for the JHA, because we're starting out almost two months prior to the event. Please encourage your friends/family to join the team and/or support the home. It's possible for us to break a fund-raising record for a non-sponsored team. By sending an email asking for donations, through your personal page (Participant Center), you can request donations without anyone feeling pressure to donate. Of course, if you feel confident that you won't be pressuring anyone, go ahead and ask when you get together with your friends/family. Let's support the home

On the morning of November 20th, you'll meet the entire team, and have a group photograph taken before walking. Let's hope the weather is ideal as we enjoy our morning walk.
